Services
Pass provide accommodation and support for people who can no longer live at home without care and support and need to live in a supported care situation. Older people more likely to experience poor health and people especially from minority communities or with disabilities are doubly disadvantaged. PASS provides continuous nursing care to individuals who have developmental disabilities, mental illness, physical handicaps and/or who are simply aged and cannot live alone.
By developing a comprehensive customized plan of care, an individual is able to live in the secure environment where they feel most comfortable.
