This is particularly beneficial to those children whoc missed educational opputunity in formal schooling to acquire both knowledge and essential skills for improving their lives. 

This services covers the unreached group of children by organising various kinds of non Formal education (NFE) activities and programmes to serve the needs and intrest of differnt target groups.
